Challenge: Streamline a complex and outdated purchasing process that was hindering instant booking conversions for excursions in the Arcachon Bay area.

Outcome: End-to-end redesign of the booking experience (checkout flow) focused on speed of execution and clarity of pricing.

Stack & Scope: Product Design (UX/UI), Payment Funnel Optimization, Responsive Design, High-Fidelity Prototyping.

The Challenge: Transitioning a videographer and photographer's business into a structured creative agency ("La Boussole Artistique"). The goal was to build a professional digital ecosystem that showcases high-end services (weddings, corporate, and private events) and facilitates the sale of fine art photography.

  • The Outcome: A complete brand identity overhaul and a custom-built, SEO-optimized web platform that enhances brand recall and streamlines client lead generation.

The usability audit revealed that the majority of reservations are made on the go (tourists at the port). The UX debt of the previous site created a major barrier to impulse buying.


  • Problem Statement: An overly long payment process and suboptimal navigation led to high abandonment rates when selecting schedules and fares.

  • Key Insight: During the summer season, "checkout speed" is the primary criterion for success. Users must be able to validate their tickets in fewer than three steps.
