VRSHOT
Challenge: How can complex technology (Matterport 3D) be transformed into an intuitive and accessible browsing experience for traditional sectors (real estate, retail)?
Outcome: Redesign of the digital ecosystem to position VRSHOT as a leader in spatial capture, focusing on an "Immersive-First" UI and simplified information architecture.
Stack & Scope: Product Design, Visual Identity, Scalable UI Kit, Micro-Interaction Prototyping.
The Challenge: Transitioning a videographer and photographer's business into a structured creative agency ("La Boussole Artistique"). The goal was to build a professional digital ecosystem that showcases high-end services (weddings, corporate, and private events) and facilitates the sale of fine art photography.
The Outcome: A complete brand identity overhaul and a custom-built, SEO-optimized web platform that enhances brand recall and streamlines client lead generation.
Stack & Scope: Brand Identity, Product Design (UX/UI), Custom WordPress Development, and SEO Strategy.

Market Insights & Discovery
Market Insights & Discovery
The virtual tour market is saturated with utilitarian and cold interfaces. The audit revealed a lack of spatial storytelling.
The Problem Statement: End users often feel lost in 3D tours. The interface should serve as a guide, not a technical barrier.
Product Hypothesis: By incorporating strong visual cues (dynamic UI) and a clear hierarchy, we can increase the time spent on virtual tours and the lead contact rate by 25%.

Design System & Visual Strategy
Design System & Visual Strategy
I designed a specific UI Kit capable of supporting heavy content (high-resolution 3D images) without sacrificing performance.
Atomic Design: Creation of reusable components for "Hotspots" (points of interaction in 3D) and navigation menus.
Branding & Psychology: Use of an electric color duo (#011FD7, #8F18FF) to evoke technological innovation, balanced by a technical font (AVAPORE) for titles and a legible sans-serif font (ARCHIVO) for content.

Experience Design (The Delivery)
Experience Design (The Delivery)
The main challenge was Wayfinding (how users find their way around the space).
Intuitive Tree Structure: Radical reduction in navigation levels to enable one-tap access to services (Real Estate, 3D, Augmented Reality).
Micro-interactions: Work on transitions to simulate fluidity of movement in physical space, thereby reducing cognitive fatigue associated with 3D navigation.

Outcomes & Learning
Outcomes & Learning
Business Impact: Delivery of a platform that no longer simply presents a service, but demonstrates technological value from the moment it loads.
Technical Debt: Particular attention was paid to optimizing assets to ensure fast time-to-interactive, which is crucial for mobile users.
Key Takeaway: This project demonstrated that for innovative products (VR/3D), the role of the designer is to make the technology "invisible" in favor of the sensory experience.
